How do students audition?

All Elementary students will audition in person on May 6 at 3:30 pm. All Middle School students will audition in person on May 6 at 6:30 pm. Actors should prepare to sing 16-32 bars (30 seconds) from any musical or Disney show.

All High School Students will audition in person on May 7 at 7:00 pm. Actors should prepare to sing 16-32 bars (30 seconds) from any musical. Actors may also be asked to cold read from the script.

do we need to fill out any paperwork?

Just a little! If your family is new to ITA, we’ll need you to fill out our registration packet. If you want to save some time, you can download our New Family Registration Packet here. The packet can be dropped off at ITA or submitted by email to Emily@ITAofSC.com

If your family has been to ITA before but the student auditioning is new to us, you only need to fill out the New Student form.

If the student auditioning has participated in a production or camp at ITA in the past, they will need to fill out our Audition form and pay the $45 Materials fee via Venmo. You can fill out the form here.

What if I can’t make it in person?

No problem at all! Please text your audition video to Emily (978-857-3235) by 4:00 pm on the day of auditions. You will also need to fill out this online audition form and pay your $45 Materials fee.
